Scrabble Exclusive

Philip Nelkon has just announced that no "significant reduction on the Hilton room rates for WSC participants beyond what is available on their website and elsewhere on the Internet" has been possible.

This is very sad news. 

But anyway: what can you expect from probably the most exclusive hotel in Warsaw?

And who's idea was it to organize WSC in such expensive setting in the first place?

I'm afraid that someone has forgotten about the most important ingredient of the World Scrabble Championship - the players.
